These terms govern use of Fantasy Skinz, operated by Fantasy Skinz LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. What Fantasy Skinz is, and is not

Fantasy Skinz is league software: it scores fantasy sports leagues, tracks records, and keeps a ledger of obligations between the named teams in a private league.

Fantasy Skinz never holds, accepts, or transmits funds. The app processes no payments between members. It maintains no member balance of any kind. It offers no prizes, charges no entry fees, and takes no share of anything a league plays for. Any amounts a league chooses to attach to its records are private arrangements between its members, made and settled entirely outside the app. Members settle person to person using payment services we neither operate nor intermediate; links the app shows are recipient-only (no amount, no memo) and are the equivalent of sharing a username.

2. Your league is yours

Commissioners run their leagues and are responsible for them, including ensuring that whatever their league plays for is lawful where its members live. Fantasy Skinz provides record-keeping software, not a contest: we do not sponsor, operate, or offer any competition, and we are not a party to any arrangement among members. Apple is not a sponsor of these games and is not involved in them in any manner.How these games run is set out in full in the app, on your league's Rules screen.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Fantasy Skinz. We ask for date of birth when you claim a team, and we refuse the claim if it shows you are under 18.

4. The commissioner's plan

• League members never pay Fantasy Skinz anything. When a commissioner plan is sold, the commissioner is its only subscriber and one plan covers every league they run.
• The current version of the app sells nothing and shows no price. Every league runs on a plan we provide on our own server, at no charge, for its commissioner.
• When plans go on sale, they will be shown with their price and term before any purchase and will renew automatically until canceled. In the iOS app they will be billed and managed through your Apple account and cancelable in its subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid time runs to the end of its term. We will update these terms and their effective date before that day.
• A league whose plan has ended becomes read-only. Records remain readable and members can always finish settling up. Settlement is never gated by plan status.

5. Play Skinz

If and where the app offers Play Skinz (a for-fun tally used in social challenges), it has no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be redeemed, and never converts to or from anything of value. There is no purchase path for Play Skinz and none will be added.

6. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, impersonate others, probe or disrupt the service, or use the app to run anything other than a private league among people who know each other. We can suspend accounts that do.

There are a few places your own words and pictures go into the app: league, team and manager names, the names a commissioner gives skins, and your team's card image. We have no tolerance for anything there that is abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, or aimed at a person. The same goes for how members treat each other. Your commissioner sets most of it and can change it, so they are usually the fastest fix.

When it needs us instead, open the league and tap Report something, or write to max@fantasyskinz.com. A person reads every report and acts on it. We remove content that breaks this section, we can do that without notice, and we can suspend or remove the account behind it. Your commissioner can take down a name or a picture straight away, which is why they are worth telling first.

7. Your data

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Short version: we store league records and account basics, we never touch payment instruments, and we don't sell data.

8. The service, as is

Fantasy Skinz is provided as-is, without warranties. Scores depend on third-party sports data and may be corrected; the record after a stated correction window is final. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Disputes, governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Colorado on an individual basis; either side may instead use small-claims court. You waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and material changes get announced in the app before they apply.
